Because of its varied topography, Hawaii has a range of micro-climates, from nearly always wet on the windward slopes to nearly always desert-like along the leeward shores. In general, though, April-October is the dry season, and November-March the wet, with high temperatures somewhere in the eighties year round. Hurricane season is June-November, although hurricanes are rare.
