Most brides find their dress at least six months before the wedding. They nail the shoes not too long afterward. And then they start thinking about everything else: undergarments (crucial!), what to wear in their hair, and, at long last, their jewelry. It’s often the last item on a bride’s sartorial list, and by the time she gets to it, the wedding budget has probably been squeezed to the max.

And yet jewelry plays a big part in most wedding ensembles. It’s the finishing touch that complements and completes a wedding frock, and injects not only a welcome shot of color, but a large dose of personal style.

Imagine my joy when I started hunting around Wanderlust + Co, an online mecca for fab jewels at sick prices (most of them are under $50!). You’ll find all the pieces you could need for the wedding day and beyond. Their styles run the gamut from funky studded leather wrap bracelets (they would have fit right in with the punk rock theme at Monday’s Met Ball) to supersweet bow and heart studs. I’m currently crushing on their bib necklaces that come in a variety of styles and hues, all of which work wonders with simple white gowns. They’re particularly suited to destination weddings: What might seem a little outrageous at a ceremony in your hometown chapel will be the perfect accessory in a slick city setting or on foreign soil.

Whether you’re getting married by the sea in Santorini or on a rooftop in Tribeca, Wanderlust + Co has something for every bridal style and destination. –Sarah Leingang
