For low-key couples looking to keep the wedding as fuss-free as possible, St. James Club, Morgan Bay, an all-inclusive on St. Lucia, may be the answer. Not only are simple ceremonies free for couples who book one of the fancier rooms for a week (otherwise that decorated gazebo, flowers, bottle of bubbly, officiant, and paperwork will run you about $1,200), but if you keep the guest list to 20 people or fewer, the reception can be arranged through the resort’s dining program.
What that means is that the crew can toast you in any of the resort’s four restaurants–including a romantic seafood pavilion set on a pier—and the wedding dinner won’t cost you a cent.
