The event’s mothership, The Wedding Salon, has been hosting large-scale showcases for years now. This time, instead of shopping for photo booths and caterers, couples will get an insider’s look at some spectacular wedding locales.
Grab a cocktail and some wedding cake to fortify you: You’ll have four hours to consider such possibilities as an oceanfront pavilion at RockResort’s classic Half Moon Resort, in Jamaica, and Furnirussi Tenuta, a chic Italian farmhouse-style hotel surrounded by Europe’s largest organic fig plantation. Game lodges in South Africa, all-inclusives in Cancun, country clubs in California—there are possibilities for every taste and budget. But it’s not all pictures of palm trees and starlit reception courtyards; you can also sit down for makeovers with make-up artists and hair stylists, preview glorious gowns, and receive a fairly awesome gift bag (Fekkai hair products, anyone?).
