And now, after a gorgeous reno, its private villas and whitewashed rooms are wowing a whole new generation of romantics. Though we’re intrigued by “Eurobbean” cuisine (like a carpaccio trio of snapper, ahi, and salmon) and state-of-the-art electronics (free WiFi, Bose Wave stereos, 40-inch high-def screens), it’s still Cap Juluca’s beach, a milk-white beauty along Maundays Bay, that puts it at the top of our dream list.
